These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of the mobile games and related services (the "Services") provided by Simply Sweet Games Inc. ("SSG", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

Our Services are intended for a general audience. By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Our Services may offer a single in-app purchase that upgrades the game from a limited demo version to the full version. This purchase is a one-time transaction and grants access to additional game features or content. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial use, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the content.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, create, or share through the Services, including scores, puzzle configurations, or screenshots ("User Content"). By submitting or sharing such content, you grant Simply Sweet Games Inc. ("SSG") a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you share, and you represent that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to moderate, remove, or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to cheating, reverse-engineering, spreading malware, harassment, or using the Services for commercial gain without our permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

Software Updates

From time to time, Simply Sweet Games Inc. ("SSG") may patch, update, or modify the Services (each, an "Update"), which may be required in order to continue using the Services. Updates may affect gameplay, features, content, or these Terms. You acknowledge that failing to install an Update may result in partial or full loss of access to the Services, and you will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or compensation as a result.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website, https://simplysweetgames.ca/ and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
